Good read if you are involved in teams......

This is a great book, although it can be wordy and at times a little confusing. Touches on the importance of communication within teams, how to choose good teams, and how to deal with conflict within the team. It was required reading for a course I took, and I came away with a better understanding of team dynamics in the workplace.
