Useful, but wordy.

This text provides in-depth discussion of Contracts. It is probably more thorough than your professor, but you can pick and choose which sections you want to read. It's not set up so that you must read the entire thing front he start. They have a case index that can be useful if you want to see what you're reading is in the book. Additionally, the general index in the back is extremely helpful.
My only critique is that one subject might be discussed in multiple sections of the book, causing you to flip lots of pages and speed read quite a bit. However, it's a useful tool if you find yourself to be struggling with contracts!

Long winded, confusing.

Honesty very long-winded. The author needs to work on being more concise. For instance Ch 12 on Parole Evidence could have been reduced significantly because the purpose of parole evidence was explained in different degrees of specificity approx 3 separate times. Why not just do that once at the beginning of the chapter? There are more concise supplements out to help explain the hot mess that is contract law.

This book has been absolutely wonderful. Contracts is a challenging class, but this has been very, very helpful. I recommend it if you are struggling with contracts because it breaks it down into manageable sections.
